The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Design Works (Pd), Engineering Activities (Ič), Performance Of Designer Supervision (Dp) And Cooperation In The Selection Of The Construction Contractor. The Subject Of Performance Is The Processing Of Project Documentation In Two Separate Stages. Each Stage Will Be Processed As A Separate Project Documentation With Its Own Itemized Budget. Part Of The Performance Will Also Be The Preparation Of One Comprehensive Budget Covering Both Stages. 1St Stage – Reconstruction Of The Main Building Of The School And Related Infrastructure The Project Documentation Will Deal With The Construction Modifications Of The Main Building In The School Grounds And Related Infrastructure, In Particular: • Insulation Of The Main Building’S Outer Shell, Including The Design Of A New Facade, • Replacement Of External Parapets, • Replacement Of The Roof Sheathing, • Insulation Of The Attic Space, • Design And Implementation Of An Elevator To Ensure Barrier-Free Access To The Building, • Construction Modifications Related To The Installation Of An Elevator, • Execution Of Rehabilitation Walls In The Basement Areas Of The Building In Order To Limit The Negative Effects Of Soil Moisture And Seepage, • A Proposal To Repair Rainwater Drainage, Including The Elimination Of The Causes Of Rainwater Infiltration Into The Building, • Repair Roads, Sidewalks And Paved Areas Affected By The Construction, • Repair The Fencing Of The Area In Front Of The Building Along The Road, Including Solving The Exit From The Area To The Adjacent Road. 2Nd Stage – Reconstruction Of The Vocational Training And Physical Education Facility The Project Documentation Will Deal With The Complex Reconstruction Of A Two-Story Building Used For Teaching Vocational Training And Physical Education Of School Pupils, Including The Modernization Of The Technical Background And Modifications Related To The Expansion Of Educational Capacities.
