Request for proposals for Framework Agreement for Event Organizer(s) for GGGI Indonesia Office This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to contract a single and/or more Event Management Company, which is hereunder referred to as the Service Provider, to support and assist organization of events for GGGI Indonesia Office so the project team can engage accordingly. GGGI Indonesia estimates to undertake approximately 15 domestic events annually with size varying widely from small group meetings (10-20 participants) to large events (up to 100 participants or more) per year. As a result of this RFP, GGGI plans to award a maximum of 3 Framework Agreements (FWA). While FWA shall not guarantee any actual or estimated volume of services, Sub-Order (SO) to be issued later shall make a financial commitment. Each FWA contractor shall receive at least one SO during the entire duration of FWA. GGGI has the discretion of awarding additional SOs depending on the performance of the FWA contractor on the Sub-Order issued. GGGI anticipates that the FWA will be effective starting January 2027. The FWA may be signed for up to two years, with an option of extension based on satisfactory performance of the Service Provider for an additional one (1) year. There is no guarantee for further extension of the contract. The price submitted by the successful bidder during the RFP shall be valid for 2 years under the initial duration of FWA. If GGGI exercises the option for extension into the 3rd year, the FWA contractor(s) may either confirm the same price or can increase the unit prices within the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of Indonesia of that year. While FWA shall not guarantee any actual or estimated volume of services, Sub-Orders (SO) to be issued later shall make a financial commitment and shall be based on the fixed unit prices specified in the FWA. Note: If any bidder has any request for clarification on the TOR or any part of the tender documents, GGGI will be happy to clarify if the request is received on or before 7 days before the deadline (namely: if the tender submission deadline is 16:00 15 April KST, then the due date for submission of request for clarification is 16:00 8 April KST).
