Photocopiers - Supply And Management Of High-Capacity Shared Printing Equipment. Delivery Of 122 Pcs (With An Optional Option Of 15 Extra Pcs) Of New Multifunctional Printing Equipment To The Property Of The Public Contracting Authority, Including Their Transport, Unloading, Relocation, Assembly, Connection And Physical Installation At The Fulfillment Points. The Delivery Also Includes The Technical Setup, Configuration And Integration Of The Equipment Into The Information Environment Of The Public Contracting Authority, The Provision Of All Necessary Licenses And The Deployment Of An On-Premise Software System For Secure Printing And Scanning Management. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Performance Of Functional And Acceptance Tests, Putting Into Production Operation, Handing Over Documentation And Training Employees. This Performance Is Followed By The Provision Of Service Services For A Period Of 60 Months With An Option To Extend For Another 36 Months To Ensure Operability, Security And The Agreed Service Level (Sla). The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Sla - To Ensure The Operability, Functionality, Safety, Compatibility And Agreed Level Of Services Of The Work Manufactured And Delivered According To The Contract For The Work, By Providing Regular Service Services, Order Services And Additional Services In The Scope And Under The Conditions Established By This Service Agreement. The Subject Of The Order Will Therefore Be Implemented On The Basis Of Two Linked Contracts, Namely: • Contract For The Supply, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Multifunctional Printing Devices, Including Software Solution No. C-Nbs1-000-125-409 (Work Contract) And • Service Contract No. C-Nbs1-000-125-422 On The Provision Of Service Support, Maintenance And Other Operational Services Related To The Supplied Multifunctional Devices And The Corresponding Software Solution (Service Agreement).
