The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Neutralization) Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order From: 1) Real Estate Located In The City Of Jordanów, Where Residents Live, 2) Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, 1) In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Achieve Results To The Extent Dependent On The Contractor, In Particular By Transferring Separately Collected Waste For Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy, Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws 2025.733, Consolidated Text), Provisions Of Resolution No. Xi/125/03 Of The Provincial Assembly Małopolska Of August 25, 2023 Regarding The Waste Management Plan Of The Małopolska Voivodeship For 2016-2022 (And In The Event Of The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan Of The Małopolska Voivodeship For 2023-2028, In Accordance With This Plan), Resolution No. Xxvi/244/2021 Of The Jordanów City Council Of November 25 2021 Regarding The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Jordanów And Resolution No. Ix/51/2024 Of The Jordanów City Council Of December 17, 2024 On The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, In Exchange For A Fee Paid By The Property Owner For Municipal Waste Management. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Conduct A Joint Information Campaign In The City Of Jordanów Regarding The Collection And Management Of Waste, Including The Deposit System And Proper Segregation, 2) 5 Days Before The Commencement Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Detailed List Of Addresses Of Properties Covered By The Waste Collection Agreement And Places For Waste Collection, 3) Bags And Containers Collected Must Be Marked With Unique Barcodes Enabling Identification Of The Address Of The Property From Which It Was Collected.
