Tenders are invited for Accommodation Services for Participants of the Women Entrepreneurs Christmas Expo for Five-Star Hotels Service Location: Ramallah Under the Framework of the "Advancing Palestinian Womens Entrepreneurship Program" Project Terms of Reference Accommodation Services for Participants of the Women Entrepreneurs Christmas Expo 1. About the Business Women Forum Palestine The Business Women Forum (BWF) is a national non-profit organization established in 2006 to support and empower businesswomen and women entrepreneurs in Palestine through business development, capacity building, market access, networking, and technical support. 2. Program Background and Purpose This assignment falls under the Advancing Palestinian Womens Entrepreneurship Program, funded by the U.S. Embassy Jerusalem. BWF seeks to contract one or more five-star (5-star) hotels in Ramallah/Al-Bireh to accommodate up to 70 women entrepreneurs participating in the Women Entrepreneurs Christmas Expo. Accommodation is required for three nights: 17, 18, and 19 December 2026, with check-in on 17 December and check-out on 20 December 2026. 3. Accommodation Requirements Hotel must be officially classified as a five-star (5-star) hotel and located in Ramallah/Al-Bireh. Hotel must be available for the full period: check-in 17 December 2026 and check-out 20 December 2026. Hotel must clearly state the maximum number of participants and number of single and twin/double rooms it can accommodate for all three nights. Preference may be given to hotels able to accommodate the full group; however, BWF reserves the right to divide the assignment among more than one compliant hotel. Single rooms, twin/double-occupancy rooms, or a combination may be used according to BWFs final rooming list; shared rooms should preferably have two separate beds. Rooms must include a private bathroom, clean bedding and towels, heating/air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and standard five-star hotel amenities. Hotel must provide 24-hour reception, appropriate safety/emergency arrangements, and clean, safe, well-maintained rooms and common areas. Hotel must state whether breakfast is included in the room rate; if not, breakfast must be priced separately. Hotel should state available accessibility arrangements and parking conditions. BWF will provide the final rooming list before check-in and may confirm a lower final participant number or a mixed room configuration.
