Tenders are invited for Translation Services (Arabic to English). Alianza por la Solidaridad ActionAid Palestine invites qualified individual translators and registered translation offices in Palestine to submit quotations for the provision of Arabic-to-English translation services for project financial and supporting documents under the AECID 25 EME Emergency Humanitarian Project (Ref. 2025/AHE/0000600002). The selected service provider will be responsible for providing accurate, complete, and professionally formatted English translations of financial and administrative documents, including invoices, receipts, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, payment records, procurement documents, contracts, and other related supporting documentation. The assignment will be carried out on a rolling basis, with documents provided in batches by Alianza. The selected translator/service provider must be able to deliver each batch within three working days of receipt and complete all assigned work by 30 October 2026. Applicants are required to submit: Financial quotation per translated page for the applicable document categories, in ILS and inclusive of VAT; Maximum number of pages that can be translated per working day; CV (for individual translators) or company profile and registration certificate (for translation offices); A sample translation of the invoice provided with the Terms of Reference; Valid tax registration/clearance documentation. Applicants should have a university degree in translation, English language, or a related field, with at least three years of proven ArabicEnglish translation experience and demonstrated experience in translating financial, commercial, or administrative documents. Experience working with NGOs or international donors will be considered an advantage. The selected provider will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and data protection throughout the assignment, particularly as the documents may contain personal and sensitive information. All translations must comply with the requirements and standards specified in the Terms of Reference.
