Tenders are invited for General Contractor for Relocation of The World Bank Group Office to Dusit Central Park, Bangkok, Thailand The World Bank Group requires the services of a qualified Genral Contractor to undertake comprehensive General contracting scope of works for relocating from the existing office at SIAM Piwat to their newly leased office space in Dusit Central Park, Bangkok, Thailand. The premise comprises of approx. 3,140 sq.m. of leased area excluding service/common areas. The General Contractor shall be fully responsible for the execution, coordination, supervision, management, and successful completion of all interior fit out works including ancillary/associated passive IT-AV works for the relocation project of World Bank Group (WBG) office to Dusit Central Park, Bangkok, Thailand. Mandatory Criteria: Only those Offerors with sufficient experience, the financial strength and stability, and the demonstrable technical knowledge will qualify for further consideration. The following mandatory criteria will be applied: 1. The company has been in business in Bangkok, Thailand for at least ten (10) years; 2. The company has not been involved in any litigation action in the past five (5) years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or due to errors and omissions; 3. The company has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as a General Contractor in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in Bangkok, Thailand; 4. The company has successfully completed at least five (5) projects in the last five (5) years with similar size and scope to the one of this solicitation. Projects should be in and around Bangkok, Thailand; 5. The company has minimum annual gross revenues of USD 3M per annum on average for the last 3 years.
