Bids received from Insurance Companies that do not comply with the above minimum requirements will be rejected without any further notification. Following receipt of the submissions, SLT will review and complete the relevant response forms and provide the requested information through the online discussion facility of the iSupplier portal on or before 11th November 2026. Tenderers may thereafter review the information and clarifications provided by SLT and, if required, submit further queries or requests for additional information through the online discussion facility. Upon completion of the clarification process and provision of all required information by SLT, tenderers shall submit their final proposals through the iSupplier portal on or before 14:00 hrs on 23rd November 2026. Tenders will be opened electronically through the system and acceptance of the bids will be notified to bidders via the iSupplier portal itself. Access to the tender document/RFP could be obtained during office hours commencing from 09:00hrs on 07th October 2026, till 7 working days from the date of publishing of this tender notice by e-mailing duly signed Non-Disclosure Agreement and the receipt obtained after payment of the non-refundable document fee of Rs. 3,000.00 + VAT to any teleshop or cash counter of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC.
