Public Road Transport Services – Public Service Delegation Agreement For Urban Road Passenger Transport Of The Tcl Network Within The Perimeter Of The Villefranche-Beaujolais-Saône Agglomeration Community. Sytral Mobilités Wishes To Conclude A Contract To Entrust An Economic Operator With The Execution Of The Tcl Public Urban Passenger Transport Service Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of The Villefranche Beaujolais Saône Urban Community, I.E. 18 Municipalities. The Scope Of The Service Covers All The Operating And Maintenance Missions Of The Equipment Necessary For A Public Urban Passenger Transport Service: 6 Regular Bus Lines (970,000 Total Km/Year), 18 School Lines (235,000 Total Km/Year), 5 On-Demand Transport Services (230,000 Total Km/Year). All Of These Services Represent Approximately 5,400,000 Annual Trips And Employ A Workforce Of Approximately 80 Ftes. Additional Missions May Also Be Ordered By Service Order. The Provision Of Transport Services For People With Reduced Mobility May Also Be Prescribed
