The Ghent Police Zone Wants To Centralize Its Services And Housing For 1,100 Employees On The Site Of The Ghent General Police Center (Apg). A Multifunctional Team Will Be Appointed For The Integrated Task Of New Construction, Renovation, Restoration Of Protected Heritage And Environmental Landscaping On This Site. The Ghent Police Zone Provides A Fixed Part With A Budget Of €80,500,000 Euros Excl. Vat And Fees And Two Conditional Parts With A Joint Indicative Budget Of €4,000,000 Euros Excl. Vat And Fees.
