In Municipalities, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2012 Regarding Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners, The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Adopted By Resolution Of The Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 Of February 25, 2025, Regarding The Adoption Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For Mazovia Along With Annexes And Subsequent Amendments, Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Lesznowola Commune And Other Local Laws. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Any Amount Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste Delivered To Pszok By Residents Of The Lesznowola Commune.
