The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Technical Support Of Two-Day Working Workshops, Hereinafter Referred To As Workshops, Including The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Accommodation, Meals And Conference Facilities For Nask-Pib Employees. The Workshops Will Be Attended By A Minimum Of 20 People And A Maximum Of 50 People. The Workshops Will Be Held On December 10-11, 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Date Of Order Completion: The Workshops Will Be Held On December 10-11, 2026 - The Date Of The Workshops Is Binding And May Be Changed Only In Particularly Justified Cases, Including Organizational, Business Or Operational Reasons Attributable To The Ordering Party. 4. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine (Oj Eu No. L 229 Of 31/07/2014, P. 1), As Amended By Regulations 2022/57 And 2025/2033, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation 833/2014, It Is Prohibited To Award Or Continue To Perform A Public Contract For Or With The Participation Of: A) Russian Citizens, Natural Persons Residing In Russia Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Based In Russia; (B) Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Whose Ownership Rights, Directly Or Indirectly, Belong To More Than 50% Of The Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (C) Natural Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Acting On Behalf Of Or Under The Direction Of A Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (B), Including Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capacity Is Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, Where They Account For More Than 10 % Of The Value Of The Contract. 5. The Analysis Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law Applies. Provisions In This Regard Have Been Included In The Sopz. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right.
