The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Modernization Of Alleys In The Municipal Cemetery In Stalowa Wola.2.The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Renovation And Modernization Of Alleys Located Within The Cemetery, Including:  Making A Surface Of Concrete Cubes On The Alleys With A Sandy Surface,  Laying And Relocating Concrete Edges And The Damaged Surface Of Concrete Cubes. 3. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz And With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law And Regulations Regarding Public Roads.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Compliance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm - Not To Cause Serious Damage To The Environment) And To Secure The Existing Greenery During The Works In Accordance With The Standard For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery In The Investment Process, Constituting An Annex To The Tender Documentation.5.Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: Paving Works; 1) The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above As Part Of The Employment Relationship Between Them And The Employer Provide Them In Person, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Employer, Under His Management With Subordination, For Remuneration, With The Right To Leave.2) Providing The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Commencement Of The Order Execution, With A List Of Persons Who Will Perform The Activities Referred To In Point. 1) During Order Processing. This List In The Event Of A Change Of The Person/Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Point. 1) Should Be Updated Immediately Each Time. 3) If The Contractor Entrusts Part Of The Order Including The Performance Of The Activities Referred To In Point. 1) For The Subcontractor, The Obligation To Employ Persons Performing These Activities Under An Employment Contract Will Also Apply To The Subcontractor. 4) During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor (Subcontractor), At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Must Present Evidence Confirming The Employment Under An Employment Contract Of The Persons Referred To In Point 5 Points 1-3.5) In The Event Of Failure By The Contractor (Subcontractor) To Fulfill The Obligations Referred To In Point 5 Points 1-3, The Ordering Party Provides For Sanctions In Accordance With The Contract Template Attached To The Swz.6) The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To The Con
