The Execution Of Renovation Works Includes The Following Activities: - Preparatory Works, - Organization Of The Construction Site (Storage Yards, Construction Facilities And Supervision Activities), - Actual Construction Works, - Delivery Of Materials, Equipment And Tools Necessary To Perform The Construction Works And Devices Necessary To Perform The Works, - Organization And Coordination Of The Works, - Performance Of All Measurements, Tests And Examinations, - Removal Of Defects And Faults, During The Implementation Of The Works And During The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects, - Obtaining Consents, Opinions, Approvals And Certificates And Other Required Documents, - Marking And Securing The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works In Order To Ensure Safety, Maintaining The Work Site In Good Condition And Removing Unnecessary Materials And Waste On An Ongoing Basis, - Securing Installations And Equipment On The Work Site And In Its Immediate Vicinity Against Their Destruction Or Damage During The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract, - Protection And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, - Keeping Construction Documentation, Liquidation Of The Construction Site And Tidying Up The Construction Site, - Preparation And Transfer The Ordering Party A Set Of As-Built Documentation, - Other Documents Not Mentioned Above, Resulting From The Swz And Its Annexes.
