The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Chmiele-Pogorzele.2.The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb - Annexes No. 11, 12 And 13 To Swz.3.The Task Should Be Implemented Based On The Scope Resulting From: 1) Specification Of The Order Conditions With Annexes, 2) Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 3) Contractors Offer, 4) Notification Of Works, 5) Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.4.It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings On His Own, And Obtains, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation Excludes The Contractors Claims In This Respect. The Costs Of Performing A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 5.
