1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Mieszka I Street In Białogard.2.Road Works Will Be Carried Out On Mieszka I Street In Białogard. The Street Has A Degraded Bitumen/Concrete Pavement. The Scope Of Works Includes Demolition Of The Existing Surface, Cleaning Of The Subgrade And Construction Of A Road Surface With Concrete Blocks. Both The Grade Line And Transverse Slopes Will Reflect The Existing Condition. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Which Include: - Preparatory Works, - Demolition Works, - Earthworks, - Foundations, - Pavements, - Finishing Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Developed Technical Design.3.In The Event Of A Contradiction Between The Information Regarding The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Assumed That The Contractor Included In The Offer Price The Widest Possible Scope Resulting From Any Document Provided.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure Himself Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, Against Damages That May Occur In Connection With Random Events And Against Civil Liability Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract For An Amount Equal To Or Higher Than The Contractual Remuneration.
