The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, Divided Into Tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Renovation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, 2) Task No. 2 - Modernization Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse Located At Ul. Kolejowa 7 In Bierutów.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Task No. 1: A) Disassembly Of Walls, Installation Structures, B) Installation Of Electrical Installations With Replacement Of Fixtures And Accessories, C) Implementation Of Plasterboard Structures With Insulation, D) Floor Coverings, E) Installation Of Floors, F) Installation Of Air Conditioning With Power Supply, G) Installation Of Ceilings; 2) Task No. 2: A) Disassembly Works, B) Replacement Of Wall Coverings, C) Thermal Insulation Of Walls, D) Implementation Of Facade Plastering, E) Installation Of Trapezoidal Sheet Covering, F) Construction Of A Ramp, G) Adjustment Of Joinery, H) Delivery Of Joinery. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Technical Conditions For The Execution Of The Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Specification. 4. The Construction Design Was Developed By Mafra Design Studio Projektowe Anna Bęcławska Based At Ul. Bolesława Prusa 96/5, 50-316 Wrocław.5.The Construction Site Is Arranged By The Contractor At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts.6.Additional Requirements1) All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities, Health And Safety Regulations And Terms Of The Contract For Construction Works.2) Materials Used To Perform The Task Must Have A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards. The Contractor Selected Through The Procedure Will Be Obliged To Provide The Above-Mentioned Documents Before Their Use. 3) The Contractor Will Provide, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Water And Electricity Supply For The Construction Purposes, Install Water And Energy Consumption Meters And Will Bear The Costs Of Water And Energy Consumption During The Period Of Work Implementation (If Applicable). 7. Tasks Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.
