1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Area For Recreational And Tourist Purposes Along With The Arrangement Of A Youth Relaxation Zone. The Area Is Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Noteć River. As Part Of The Investment, The Area Will Be Tidied Up And Equipped With A Set Of Calisthenics Equipment, Containers Arranging The Relaxation Zone, Elements Of Small Architecture, Lighting, As Well As New Plantings Of Vegetation And Two Parking Spaces For Food Trucks. Location Of The Task: Plot With Registration Number 1108/1 In Nakło Nad Notecią; Area Of The Area Covered By The Works: 4,525 M²; The Area Covered By The Investment Is An Open, Overgrown Area Grass And Surrounded By Trees. Access To The Investment Area Is From The West, From Notecka Street, Through The Plot With Registration Number 1110 (Ownership Of The Nakło Nad Notecią Commune). Work Related To Its Development Has Been Carried Out Or Is Being Carried Out On This Plot, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage Caused On The Plot During The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Provisions Of The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached Only As A Guide, And The Ordering Party Does Not Rule Out Including In The Valuation Other Works The Implementation Of Which The Contractor Considers Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task. For The Completed Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide At Least: 60-Month Quality Warranty (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:• Demolition Works: Demolition Of Existing Foundations And Concrete Surfaces, Dismantling Of Lighting Together With The Cable Line And Removal Of The Existing Sand Surface;• Construction And Assembly Works: Installation Of Benches, Waste Bins, Information Boards, Fences For Portable Toilets, Foundation Of Containers, Installation Of A Calisthenics Set, Construction Of New Area Lighting With Cable Installation And Construction Of An Electrical Connection;• Construction Of The Surface: Construction Of A Mineral-Resin Surface And A Safe Sand Surface;• Gardening Works: Construction Of New Plantings And Protection Of The Existing Greenery;• Formal, Legal And Acceptance Works: Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Preparation And Delivery Of A Complete Inspection Report.2.The Task Is Co-Financed Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027.
