Part No. 1 Of The Order Covers The Implementation Of 3 Investments, Divided Into The Following Tasks: 1) Task No. 1: Expansion Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage Network In The Area Of Przyjazna Street In Kiełpin - Stage I, 2) Task No. 2: Expansion Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage Network In The Area Of Przyjazna Street In Kiełpin - Stage Ii, 3) Task No. 3: Construction Of The Water Supply Network And Network Sanitary Sewage System In The Area Of Rybacka Street In Proków.2. The Contractor Carrying Out Construction Works In The Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Obliged To Ensure Their Parallel Implementation Using At Least 1 Work And Equipment Team. Each Brigade Will Consist Of 5 Employees And 1 Backhoe Loader. Failure To Comply With The Obligation Will Result In A Contractual Penalty Being Charged.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price. All Construction Works Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Approved Design Documentation Attached To This Swz.
