The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting Of The Renovation Of The Diagnostic Imaging Corridor With The Replacement Of Cassettes And The Lighting Installed In The Suspended Ceiling, Along With The Renovation Of The Ultrasound Room At The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane At Ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane.2. The Scope Of Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Include: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Sanitary Works (Replacement And Relocation Of The Wash Basin And Replacement Of The Air Conditioner); 3) Electrical Installation Works Consisting In Supplementing The Lighting Installation, Replacing Sockets, Switches, Lighting Fixtures; 4) Carrying Out Works In The Field Of Securing Plastic Floors And Fender Strips; 5) Painting Works; 6) Replacing The Ceiling Suspended;7) Execution Of Finishing Works; In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 8) Test And Inspection Measurements Required By Law, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Performed Works.3. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Commencing The Works Covered By The Order, Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Work Implementation Schedule With The Head Of The Technical And Operational Department Of The District Hospital In Zakopane Before The Commencement Of The Works, So As Not To Cause Excessive Inconvenience To Patients And The Work Of The District Hospital In Zakopane During The Implementation Of The Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Stwiorb - Annex No. 7 To The Swz - In The Part Containing Sets Of Requirements For The Execution And Assessment Of The Correctness Of Execution Of Individual Works;2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.5.
