The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Construction, Integration And Commissioning Of A New Electrical Cabinet For The Newly Built Deep Wells Sw-8 And Sw-9 In Ustka.2.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1.Construction Works Related To Power Supply And Control Of Deep Well Pumps In Deep Wells Sw8 And Sw9,2.2.Modernization Of The Facilitys Main Switchboard, 2.3.Works Related To The Delivery And Installation Of A Switchboard Dedicated To Newly Built Wells, 2.4.Modernization Of The I/O Island Cabinet, 2.5.Modernization Of The Control And Visualization System, 2.6.Measurement And Commissioning Works,2.7.Construction And Installation Of An Information Board On Investment Co-Financing, Mounted On Steel Posts, With The Content In Accordance With The Employers Guidelines In Accordance With Annex No. 13 To The Swz, 2.8.Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation - 2 Copies (1 Copy With Original Documents, 1 Copy With A Copy Of Documents Along With A Cd).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Design, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiob), Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. An Auxiliary Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz.4. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Following Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager: 4.1. Preparatory Works,4.2. Electrical And Telecommunications Installation Works,4.3. Assembly Works. They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration. 5.
