The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Hall For Storing Agricultural Machines At The Masovian Agricultural Advisory Center, Poświatne Branch In Płońsk, Ul. Sienkiewicza 11, 09-100 Płońsk, On A Plot Marked In The Land Register Under Number 195/24, District 0217-Miasto Płońsk. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform The Works In Accordance With This Documentation. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Prepare Design And Implementation Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Functional And Utility Program (All Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor), B) Submit A Notification Of The Construction Of The Facility In Order To Obtain An Administrative Decision Enabling The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Hall, C) Build The Designed Hall By Qualified Employees, In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, D) Prepare Documentation As-Built, Along With The Operation And Maintenance Instructions, E) Preparing A Geodetic Inventory, F) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits Resulting From Legal Provisions, Enabling The Operation Of The Facility, Devices And Installations, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, G) Handing Over The Constructed Hall To The Ordering Party For Use.
