The Subject Of The Task Is The Construction Of Pavement And Drainage Elements Of The Municipal Road Ul. Tetmajera In Śrem In Order To Improve The Connection And Communication Of Residential Areas Adjacent To The Road. Implementation Of The Above Assumptions Adopted In The Project Will Improve The Safety Of Pedestrian And Car Traffic, As Well As Comfort, Aesthetics And Reduce The Negative Impact Of The Road On The Environment. As Part Of The Construction Of A Municipal Road, The Following Basic Works Are Expected To Be Performed: - Change (Construction) Of The Hardening Of The Road Surface, - Change (Construction) Of Hardening Of The Road Surface At The Entrances To The Property (Within The Municipal Road), - Construction Of Road Drainage - Rainwater Drainage, - Construction Of A Technological Canal. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Construction Of The Road With Its Elements On The Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+197.44, I.E. Over A Length Of 0.19744 Km (The Scope Is Specified In Graphical Annex No. 1 - Site Plan And Annexes No. 2, 3 And 4 - Bills Of Quantities). The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Mark The Place Of Implementation At His Own Expense And Maintain It To An Appropriate Standard In Throughout The Period Of The Works. Details Of The Subject Of The Order Are Consistent With The Descriptions Contained In The Design Documentation For The Road In Question, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Names Of Manufacturers And Products Used Only Serve To Specify The Subject Of The Order, And The Order Should Be Made Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, It Is Required That The Equivalent Product Has Identical Or Better Properties, Performance Parameters, And Chemical Composition As The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Indication Of A Brand Or Trade Name By The Ordering Party Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer. The Original Nomenclature Or Symbolism Is Provided To Correctly Identify The Subject Of The Order. The Reference Model Is An Exemplary Product That Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements. If The Order Documentation Indicates Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Procurement Documentation.
