1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads, Gwarków And Barbórki Streets In Pilchowice - Stage Ii.2.The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of Existing Road Surfaces And Other Elements Of The Road Lane After The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System And Rainwater Sewage System In 2025-2026; 2) Reconstruction Of The Existing Surfaces Of Sidewalks And Exits After The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System And Stormwater Drainage System In 20213. The Implementation Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Reconstruction Of The Road Structure; B) Reconstruction Of The Structure Of The Existing Sidewalks; C) Reconstruction Of The Structure Of The Existing Sidewalks Exits; D) Reconstruction Of Curbs And Edges; E) Reconstruction Of Stairs Located In The Area Of The Intersection Of Ul. Gwarków Z Ul. Leboszowska, F) Reconstruction Of Road Infrastructure Elements, I.E. Sidewalks And Exits At Ul. Gwarków Oraz Ul. Barbórki, Which Were Not Reconstructed Together With The Road As Part Of Previously Performed Sewage Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of A Separate Order; G) Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Municipal Road No. 629018S, Barbórki Street With A Side Inlet (Reach On Plot No. 940/118). Reconstruction Of The Surface Includes The Reconstruction Of All Surfaces Of The Road System (Roads, Sidewalks, Exits, Shoulders And Zieleniec), Which Require Reconstruction (Reconstruction) As A Result Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Sewage System, As Well As All Surfaces Adjacent To The Works That Were Damaged As A Result Of Its Reconstruction, Including, Among Others: As A Result Of Storage Of Materials, Movements Of Machines And Vehicles Related To The Works Performed. The Works Will Be Performed Both On The Road And On The Elements Adjacent To It, In Accordance With The Site Plan Attached To The Technical Documentation. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Opz (Appendix No. 1.2 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
