Design Of Communication Services For Bulwary Nad Nidą, Plot No. 305, 461/1, 461/2, 472 And 511, Rev. 0013 And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Along With Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Possibly Along With Obtaining A Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment. Scope Of The Project: Two-Way Road, Sidewalk, Bicycle Path Or Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Roadsides, Road Drainage. It Is Recommended To Design The Investment Service From Ul. Legionowcy (Provincial Road) In The Place Marked In The Spatial Development Plan With The Symbol 1Kdd.  In The Case Of Field Conditions And Legal And Technical Conditions That Make It Impossible To Provide Communication Services For The Investment In The Place Of The Road Indicated In The Spatial Development Plan, Another Solution Is Allowed. In Connection With The Planned Expansion Of The Road, As The Second Stage - Communication Services For The Municipal Market At Ul. Targowa The Adopted Parameters Of The Road Should Allow For Its Expansion, Taking Into Account The Traffic Of Cars With A Tonnage Of Over 12 Tons. Before Starting Design Work, Two Concepts Of The Road Route Should Be Developed And Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Concepts Should Be Agreed With The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kielce And With The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Road Authority In Kielce Or Obtain The Location Conditions That The Developed Concepts Will Meet. Due To The Need To Obtain The Above-Mentioned Agreements, It Is Allowed To Develop The Concept Of The Road Route On The Basic Map.
