Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Power Generators And Transport Trailers For The Generators

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Power Generators With A Power Of 110 Kw - 2 Pieces, With A Power Of 65 Kw - 2 Pieces And Transport Trailers For The Generators In The Amount Of 4 Pieces - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 7 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Divided Into Three Parts: A) Part No. 1: Power Generator 110 Kwb) Part No. 2: Power Generator 65 Kwc) Part No. 3: Transport Trailer For The Generator2) Conditions Of Implementation: A) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered Directly To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Connected To The Existing Electrical Installation And Launched Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, In Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. B) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, And Leave It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During Transport.C) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Brand New, Unused, Without Traces Of Use, And Cannot Be Post-Leasing Or Exhibition-Type. The Annexes Should Be Treated As Minimal. G) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Delivered Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In Terms Of Required Certificates, Technical Opinions And Approvals For Use In Poland, If Required. H) The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Means And Technical Conditions, As Well As Economic And Organizational Potential Necessary To Complete The Order. I) Staff Training, Preparation Of Operating Instructions, Technical And Operational Documentation And Start-Up Documentation.J) During The Warranty Period, Free Servicing At Least Twice A Year.K) Return Of Goods That Are Not Suitable For Use And Delivery Of Replacement Goods, Free From Defects And Faults, Will Be Made At The Expense Of The Contractor. L) The Contractor Will Replace The Subject Of The Contract Not Accepted During The Final Acceptance With A New One With The Same Parameters And Type At The Date And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And At His Own Expense. 3) If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters That Are Important For Achieving The Purpose Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products That Are To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
