The Scope Includes In Particular The Delivery Of 1,020 Sets Of Brand New Dn20 Water Meters With Radio Modules, Dismantling Of Existing Water Meters And Installation And Commissioning Of New Devices. The Scope Also Includes The Supply Of Devices Necessary For Reading And Configuration, Licenses And Software/System For Electronic And Remote Reading, Its Configuration And Implementation, As Well As Training Specified In The Opz. The Contractor Will Also Perform All Installation And Related Activities Indicated In The Opz, Including Replacement Of Seals, Provided Valves And Connection Elements, Tightness Tests, Control Readings, Replacement Protocols And Effective Information To Recipients About Replacement Dates. The Order Constitutes One Whole. The Contractor Submits One Offer Covering The Full Scope Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is One Delivery Order, Also Including Assembly, Implementation, Configuration And Training Services Necessary To Achieve The Expected Result. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit One Offer Covering The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Swz, Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
