1. Type Of Order - Delivery.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Road Salt To Prevent Slippery Roads In The Winter Season 2026-2027, In A Total Amount Of 2,000 Tons (Basic Order) And 500 Tons (Option Orders), I.E.: 1) 1,000 Tons - As A One-Time Order, Delivered To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - Basic Order; 2) 1,000 Tons - The Contractor Guarantees The Ordering Partys Availability Assortment In The Amount Of 1,000 Tons With The Possibility Of Storage At The Contractors And Deliveries To The Ordering Party In Batches Depending On Current Needs - Based On Partial Orders, However, A Single Delivery Of Road Salt Cannot Exceed A Total Of 125 Tons Per Day - Basic Order; 3) 500 Tons - As An Order Under The Option. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960), As Well As The Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And With Due Diligence.4.The Ordering Party Requires That The Salt Delivered By The Contractor Be Free From Physical And Chemical Defects, Must Meet All Technical Parameters Indicated In The Swz And Must Have The Certificates And Opinions Required By Law.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Salt Supplied By The Contractor (Dr Road Salt) Be Of Appropriate Quality To Combat Slipperiness On Roads In The Winter Season, In Particular Non-Caking, Rock, Mine Or Sea Salt - Non-Waste, Delivered In Bulk. 6. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1) Road Salt Should Be Loose, Delivered In Bulk And Meet The Following Parameters: A) Chemical Composition: - Sodium Chloride (Na Cl) Content Min. 90% - Content Of Substances Insoluble In Water Max. 8% - Water Content Max. 3% - Anti-Caking Agent Content Min. 20Mg/Kg Max. 125Mg/Kgb) Granulation Requirements For Road Salt According To Pn-86/C-84081/02 Or Equivalent: - Grain Content >6.3 Mm Max. 5% - Grain Content <1 Mm 30% -50% C) The Ordering Party Allows Road Salt In Accordance With Pn-En 16811-1:2016-10 Granulation Requirements For Road Salt Medium Road Salt Class M Or Equivalent: - Grain Content <0.125 Mm Max. 7% - Grain Content <0.8 Mm 5% - 35% - Grain Content <1.6 Mm 10% - 60% - Grain Content <3.15 Mm 45% - 90% - Grain Content < 6.3 Mm: 100% (Tolerance Of 2% Grains In The Range From 6.3 Mm To 8 Mm)2) Road Salt Must Be Free From Any Impurities.
