Part 1 - Conducting Artistic Classes. 6.1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Artistic Classes For 30 Participants Of The Senior+ Club In Łuków. The Participants Of The Classes Will Be People Over 60 Years Of Age. 6.1.2.Artistic Classes Are Aimed At Improving Manual Skills, Improving The Ability To Concentrate And Coordinate Seniors, Developing Creative Activity, Learning How To Spend Free Time, And Creating Opportunities For Self-Fulfillment Through Artistic Means.6.1.3.Number Of Course Participants – 30 People Over 60 Years Of Age.6.1.4.Number Of Hours And Duration Of Classes - Classes Will Be Held On Average 8-12 Hours Per Month, The Total Number Of Hours To Be Completed Is 24. Whenever The Ordering Party Uses The Term Class Hour, It Should Be Understood As An Hour Of Not Less Than 60 Minutes.6.1.5.The Classes Will Include The Organization Of Art And Craft Works, Etc. Materials For Conducting Classes Will Be Purchased By The Ordering Party After Consultation With The Contractor. 6.1.6.Deadline For Classes - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 20, 2026. Classes Will Be Held From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From: 12:00-16:00. 6.1.7.The Contractor Will Present A Schedule Of Classes For A Given Month By The 3Rd Day Of Each Month. The Schedule Will Be Subject To Approval By The Club Manager. 6.1.8.The Contractor Will Provide A Trainer To Conduct Classes With Appropriate Qualifications Or Experience Consistent With The Subject Matter Of The Classes.6.1.9.Place Of Classes - Headquarters Of The Senior+ Club, Ul. Wyszyńskiego 10/16, 21-400 Łuków. 6/1/10.Conducting Classes Will Include: A) Providing Teaching Staff With Appropriate Experience; B) Conducting Classes In A Theoretical And Practical Form (Mini-Lectures, Practical Workshops, Etc.); C) Conducting Classes In Accordance With The Schedule; D) Keeping Documentation Of Classes (Including Attendance List, Class Diary); E) Monitoring The Attendance Rate Of Participants/Checks And Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About The Results Of Monitoring On An Ongoing Basis; F) Handling The Classes In Organizational Terms In Terms Of Conducting Classes And Planning Work During Classes.
