Witosa 4A In Suwałki, Including The Necessary Construction, Assembly And Installation Works.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes An Auxiliary Document.4.The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Opz, Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Relevant Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.5.The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary And Informational Document That The Contractor May Use When Preparing The Offer, But It Does Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Full Scope Of Works Covered By The Order.6.The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Completed Construction And Assembly Works And Installed Devices Is A Minimum Of 3 Years And A Maximum Of 5 Years, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract Without Any Reservations.
