The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Dairy Products, Milk Products And Frozen Foods For A Period Of 24 Months.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form (Sheets A, B And C) And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.3.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Delivery Or Part Of The Delivery In Each Assortment Item. The Scope Of The Order May Be Reduced To 30% (I.E. 70% Completed) Of The Total Order Value. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.4.The Quantities Of Articles Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Sheets A, B And C) - Assortment And Price Form, Are Estimated Quantities That The Ordering Party Intends To Realize During The Term Of The Contract And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Articles In The Number Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Offer Form.5.The Quality Of The Products Offered By The Contractor Should Be The Highest And Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Mentioned The Trade Names Of Some Products, Referring To Their High Quality, And Thus Expects To Offer Products With A Comparable Composition (Percentage Of Ingredients). The Ordering Party Also Allows For The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Products, Taking Into Account The Above Indications.
