The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete And Comprehensive Design Documentation For Selected Streets In The City Of Leszno, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Allowing The Ordering Party To Submit Complete Applications For The Issuance Of A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment/Notification.2. Part I - Preparation Of Full-Discipline Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Zielona Street Together With Bracka And Waleriana Wróblewskiego Streets And Providing Authors Supervision As Part Of The Investment Task In Question. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared For The Purposes Of Obtaining A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment/Notification.3.The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Includes: A. Obtaining, On Your Own And At Your Own Expense, Starting Materials For Design, Including: 1) Prepare Documentation (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design), In Accordance With The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Development On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended). 2) Prepare Maps For Design Purposes; 3) Develop A Geotechnical Opinion (Two Research Points Should Be Made For Each Street; In Addition To The Description Of The Ground And Water Conditions, The Opinion Must Include An Assessment Of The Subsurface Surface And The Depth Of Drilling - For The Foundation Of The Lowest Designed Network), 4) Obtain All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, Allowing The Ordering Party To Submit Complete Applications For The Issuance Of A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment/Notification5) Other Data For The Development Of Documentation, Required Tests, Measurements, Arrangements And Materials Necessary To Complete The Order; 6) Develop A Full-Discipline Design Concept And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval Along With A Visualization Of The Basic Parts (Street Course In The Plan, Intersections) 7) After Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Concept By The Ordering Party, Prepare A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs And - If Required - Executive Designs 8) Prepare A Dendrological Report, Designate Any Trees/Bushes To Be Removed Or Replanted. Prepare A Design Of Plantings And Replacement Plantings Agreed With The Citys Representative For Greenery And Aesthetics - If Applicable; 9) Method Of Arranging Greenery, Plant Species And Dendrological Report, In Accordance With Order No. 27/2/2021 Of The Mayor Of Leszno Of February 17, 2021.
