The Beneficiary Declares Compliance With The Dnsh Principle. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Compliance And Provide The Required Evidence. In The Declarations Submitted With The Offer, The Contractor Indicates Whether He Will Use The Public Procurement Contractors Certificate. If So, It Provides The Number And Designation Of The Certificate, The Name Of The Certifying Entity, The Validity Period Of The Certification And The Scope Of The Grounds For Exclusion Or Conditions Of Participation In Which The Certificate Will Be Used.
