1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Passenger Car Of The Kombivan Type, Intended For The Needs Of The Transport Department Of The Municipal Office In Grudziądz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of An Electric Car, 2) Delivery Of A Wallbox Charger, Meeting The Technical Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Having The Necessary Documents And Approval.3.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Prepare To Hand Over The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party At His Own Expense And Risk; 2) Conduct An Operational Test Of The Subject Of The Order In The Presence Of The Ordering Party Or His Authorized Representative; 3) Provide Basic Instruction To The Ordering Partys Designated Staff In The Proper Operation Of The Vehicle; 4) Conduct Detailed Training In The Operation Of The Vehicle, No Later Than The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order, And This Instruction Will Be Carried Out At The Registered Office Ordering Party.4.A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5.The Ordering Party Set The Warranty Period For The Traction Battery At 96 Months.6.The Ordering Party Set The Warranty Period For The Wallbox At 24 Months.7.The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Entire Vehicle, Without Mileage Limit, At 24 Months, And The Maximum At 48 Months In Accordance With The Adopted Offer Evaluation Criterion Warranty Period.
