Collection And Disposal Of The Surface On The Part Of The Ordering Party - Disposal Costs Should Not Be Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. − Marking Out Excavations For A Safe Gravel Surface, − Marking Out Excavations For A Synthetic Surface, − Removing Topsoil From Part Of The Area And Making Excavations (External Gym On A Grass Surface) − Construction Of A Safe Gravel Surface, − Construction Of A Synthetic Surface, − Installation Playground Equipment, Located According To The Land Development Design, − Installation Of Three Outdoor Gym Equipment, − Recultivation Of Part Of The Lawn, − Post-Construction Inventory. In Relation To All Devices For Which The Following Provision Is Indicated: In Terms Of Dimensions, A Device Smaller By 15% Will Be Considered Valid, The Ordering Party Is Introducing A Change To Limit The Permissible Reduction Of Dimensions - The Devices May Be Smaller By A Maximum Of 5% Compared To The Dimensions Specified In The Design. The Change Results From The Need To Maintain The Functionality Of The Devices - Excessive Reduction Could Result In The Inability To Use Them Properly. At The Same Time, The Provision Allowing For An Increase In The Dimensions Of The Devices By A Maximum Of 20% Remains Unchanged.
