The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Teaching And Sports Rooms Of The Technical School Complex Named After The 10Th Infantry Regiment Located In The Former Dominican Monastery And Church At 30 Podrzeczna Street In Łowicz As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of Workshops To Meet The Needs Of Obtaining Industry Qualifications On The Modern Labor Market In Łowicz County.2. The Ordering Party Requires, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer, That The Contractor Provides A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order And A Minimum Of 24 Months Of Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Within 150 Days Of Concluding The Contract, Provided That The Construction Design Must Be Completed Within 90 Days Of Concluding The Contract.
