The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Renovation Of The Building Of The Health Center In Krasocin In The Part Occupied By Primary Health Care. The Scope Includes Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building With An Area Of ​​356.29 M², Which Currently Houses 30 Rooms; The Order Includes A Change In The Functional Layout, After Which This Part Includes 29 Rooms. The Works Include: Demolition And Preparatory Works, Masonry Works Related To Changing The Functional Layout Of Rooms, Finishing Works (Plastering, Flooring, Cladding And Painting), Ozonation Of Rooms, Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery, Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery, Installation Of Water And Sewage Installations With Sanitary Facilities Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Installation Of Central Heating, Installation Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations - Including Structured Cabling, Wireless Network, Video Monitoring System And Server Room Equipment With Air Conditioning - As Well As Robots And Equipment Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Develop Complete Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Works Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Legally Required Notifications Or Permits, If They Prove Necessary For The Scope Of The Works, And Prepare As-Built Documentation. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building Still In Use. The Renovated Part Of The Primary Health Care Facility Will Be Taken Out Of Use For The Duration Of The Works And Transferred To The Contractor Once As A Work Zone, No Earlier Than December 1, 2026; The Order In Which Individual Rooms Are Occupied And Vacated Is Determined By The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party; The Remaining Part Of The Building Remains In Use, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Conditions For Its Further Use On The Terms Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.
