1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building For The Needs Of Social Housing Construction. The Basic Function Will Be A Residential Function And A Recreational Function (Green Areas With A Public Recreation Area). The Whole Will Be Supplemented With The Necessary Communication Infrastructure (Access Roads) And Technical Infrastructure (Construction Equipment, External Installations And Connections). The Functional Layout Is Planned On 4 Above-Ground Floors, I.E. On The Ground Floor, 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor, 3Rd Floor And One Underground Floor. The Building Was Designed With The Main Entrance On The South Side. Vertical Communication Provided By Two Staircases And Two Passenger Lifts. The Building Has 36 Residential Units, Including 4 Adapted For Disabled People, A Garage, A Heat Pump Room, A Cleaners Room, A Water Meter Room And A Meter Room. The Buildings Will Be Made Of Traditional Construction - Brick Made Of Silicate Blocks. The Building Was Adapted To The Existing Terrain. Finishing The External Walls Of The Building Using The Traditional Light-Wet Method.
