The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works And Land Development As Part Of The Investment Called Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Building Of The Municipal Center Of Culture, Sports And Recreation In Niedrzwica Duża Together With The Construction Of A Protective Structure.2.The Ordering Party Informs That The Investment, Due To The Scope And Source Of Financing, Was Divided Into 3 Tasks: 2.1.Task No. 1 Entitled: Construction Of A Protective Structure In The Goksir Building In Niedrzwica Duża Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025-20262.2.Task No. 2 Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Center Of Culture, Sports And Recreation In Niedrzwica Duża - Floor 1 Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For The Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program, Measure 11.3 Protection Of The Cultural Heritage Of Urban Areas And Their Functional Areas As Part Of Integrated Territorial Investments (Project Type 1) Of Priority Xi Sustainable Development Territorial.2.3.Task No. 3 Entitled: Reconstruction, Superstructure And Expansion Of The Building Of The Municipal Center Of Culture, Sports And Recreation In Niedrzwica Duża - Floor 2 Financed From Own Funds. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Event Of Obtaining External Funding For The Task In Question, An Appropriate Implementation Annex Will Be Introduced To The Contract.4.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Certificate Confirming That There Are No Grounds To Raise An Objection Regarding The Intention To Proceed With Use Or To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.5.The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).6.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Technical Specification Of The Purchased Equipment
