The Contractor Will Ensure Free Delivery And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Premises At Ul. Jezuicka 1/3 In Warsaw (Postal Code: 00-231). The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New (Not Refurbished), Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality, Approved For Trading, Packed In The Original Packaging For A Given Product, Equipped With Labels Identifying The Given Product, Specifying Its Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters. The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Packaging, Must Have A Trademark And An Indication Of The Origin (Of The Manufacturer). The Ordering Party Requires That The Hardware And Software Delivered As Part Of The Order Have Appropriate Safety Certificates And A Declaration Of Conformity. The Electronic Equipment And Software Must Be Provided With All Necessary Documents, Such As Instructions, Guarantees, Certificates, Approvals, If They Are Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Device And/Or Are Required By Polish Or European Union Law. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To Swz.
