The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Provision Of Services By The Party In The Management Of The Selected Participant Consisting In The Provision Of Further Professional Education - The Implementation Of Educational Courses Associated With The Development Of Knowledge, Abilities And Skills Required For The Performance Of A Certain Profession, With An Emphasis On The Support Of Persons Over 55 Years Of Age And Digital Skills. Further Supported And Unsupported Education According To Call 071 Opz+. The Orientation Specification For The Training Of Employees Of The Member Entities Of The Joint Contracting Parties Is Given In Part D. Of This Procurement Documentation, Thereby Ensuring The Implementation Of The Above-Specified Projects According To Article 2.1.3. In Accordance With Their Terms, Whereby The Services Will Include In Particular:- Managing And Coordinating The Involvement Of Participants In Educational Activities In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program;- Preparation Of All Documentation Related To The Implementation Of Educational Courses And The Involvement Of Individual Participants In Education;- Preparation, Execution And Evaluation Of Educational Courses;- Preparation And Distribution Of Materials For Participants;- Provision Of An Attendance Record With The Signatures Of The Participants And The Lecturer From Each Course;- Provision Of Documentation On The Content Of The Educational Course For Each Course;- Provision Of Monitoring Sheets From Each Involved Participant;- Issuance Of A Printed Confirmation Of Completion Of The Course For Each Successful Participant According To Opz+ Rules And A Copy Of These Confirmations In Electronic Form To The Customer;- Provision Of Audio Recording And Output From The Software Tool In The Case Of Online Courses- All Costs Of The Implementation And Teaching Team, Training Equipment, Teaching Materials And Aids, Etc.;- Provision Of Technical Equipment And Equipment For The Implementation Of Courses According To The Nature Of The Teaching;- The Costs Of Providing A Training Room And Small Refreshments For Participants From The Customers Member Entities In The Event Of Their Participation In Open Publicly Organized Courses Of The Supplier;- Activities That Are Necessarily Connected With The Proper Implementation And Completion Of Training According To This Agreement And Result From The Standard Practice Of Implementing Educational Services Of A Similar Nature.
