Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement With The Supplier Of Water Supply And Sewerage Material For The Year 2027

The Purpose Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Awarding Of Partial Public Contracts For The Supply Of Water Supply And Sewerage Material Needed For The Construction And Repair Of The Contractors Water Supply And Sewerage Network.The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 1 Year (Year 2027). The Awarding Of Partial Public Contracts Will Take Place On The Basis Of Written And Telephone Orders Sent To The Selected Supplier According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority.The Specification Of Water Supply And Sewerage Material (Hereinafter Referred To As Products), Which Can Be Ordered On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Including The Expected Quantity, Is Given In Annex No. 3 Of These Zp - Table Of Unit Prices.The Quantities Of Material Stated In The Bill Of Quantities Are Assumed And Do Not Obligate The Customer To Take The Minimum Amount Of Material Or To Exhaust The Financial Amount Stated In The Participants Offer.
