The City Of Madison Is Seeking Qualified General Contracting Firms To Provide Complete Construction Management And General Contracting Services For The Construction Of New Fire Station #22. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Construction Methods, Job-Site Safety Programs, Scheduling (Cpm), Quality Control, Subcontractor Prequalification, Cost Accounting, Permitting Coordination, As-Built Documentation, And Full Closeout/Commissioning. The Scope Also Includes A Mandatory One-Year Warranty Period With Punch-List Administration And A Year-End Warranty Inspection.
