The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Engineering For The Construction Of An Area For Fragmentation Of Steam Generators In Order To Ensure The Decommissioning Activities Of Units 1-4 Of The Kozloduy Npp. The Order Covers The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase, Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Equipment And Facilities, Training Of Personnel, Conducting Tests And Commissioning, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction.It Is Planned To Build A Steel Structure With Approximate Dimensions Of 18 M X 36 M And A Height Of Up To 11 M, Including An Area For Dry Cutting Of Steam Generators, A Work Area For Fragmentation Of Steam Generators Weighing About 160 T, An Area For Secondary Thermal Cutting Of Segments Weighing Up To 20 T, A Cabin For Dry Abrasive Decontamination And A Buffer Area For Temporary Storage. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Construction Of New Reinforced Concrete Foundations And Platforms, Delivery, Installation, Registration And Commissioning Of A Double-Girder Gantry Crane With A Load Capacity Of 20 Tons And Under-Crane Rail, Construction Of Electrical, Plumbing, Hvac, Ventilation And Fire Protection Systems, Including An Air Filtration System With Nera Filters, As Well As Training Of At Least 8 Employees Of The Contracting Authority To Work With The Delivered Equipment.The Expected Result Is A Built And Put Into Operation Zone For Safe Fragmentation Of Steam Generators, Providing The Necessary Conditions For The Implementation Of The Decommissioning Activities Of Units 1–4.The Contract For Awarding The Public Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Law On Public Procurement.A Detailed Description Of The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Requirements For Their Implementation, Are Contained In The Technical Assignment No. Тз-01-163/24.08.2026 And Its Annexes, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
