The Contracting Authority Specifies Estimated Quantities Of Disinfectant Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation, And Has No Obligation To Purchase The Indicated Quantities Described In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Participant Should Maintain Stocks Of The Products Proposed By Him In The Technical Proposal - Appendix No. 3, During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Places A Requirement On The Participants In The Documentation For Participation And In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement With A View To Complying With The Provisions Of Art. 47A Of The Law On Public Procurement (Sg, No. 88 Of 2023, In Force From 1.01.2024) In Connection With The Criteria In Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, In Force From 14.08.2024. The Contracting Authority May Also Request Other Types Of Disinfection Materials, Cleaning Materials And Sanitation, Beyond Those Specified In The Technical Specification, By Requesting In Writing The Presentation Of An Offer For The Specific Items And Their Prices, And The Same Will Be Purchased And Delivered Only After Written Approval By The Contracting Authority Within The Maximum Financial Resources For The Execution Of The Order.​​​​​​​
