Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of Diagnostic-Consultative Center I-Plovdiv Eood.The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Currently Effective Laws, Rules And Regulations Regarding The Execution Of Supplies Of This Nature And Should Include The Following Activities:Preparation Of The Necessary Documents And Registration At The Initial Change Of The Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of The Balancing Group;Planning And Forecasting Consumption For The Objects Listed Above On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority;Preparation, Submission And Registration Of Hourly Freight Schedules For The Objects On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, With The Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Expense Of The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Order;Inclusion Of The Contracting Party In A Balancing Group With The Participant Coordinator Designated As The Executor Of The Order And Responsible For Assuming The Imbalances.
