The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract Specialty Medical Services And Imaging Examinations For The Beneficiary Population Of The Río Verde Commune. The Execution Will Be Mixed And Will Be Distributed In The Gantt Chart Approved By The Technical Unit. The Provider Must Carry Out Three Days Of Field Care On A Saturday, At The Río Verde Rural Health Post Or At The Community Headquarters That Is Reported. The Dates Initially Indicated Will Be Tentative And May Be Replaced By Other Saturdays Through Prior Written Coordination. Additional Services May Also Be Scheduled On Site During Weekdays, With Prior Coordination, And Services In Authorized Establishments In Punta Arenas, When Appropriate For Clinical, Technical, Equipment Or Professional Availability Reasons.The Contract Includes A Total Of 330 Services: 197 Imaging Examinations And 133 Consultations Or Specialty Care, According To Article 6 And The Technical Specifications. The Unit Price Of Each Consultation Includes The Review Of The Examinations That The Professional Requests, The Registration Of Said Review, Subsequent Indications And The Issuance Of The Corresponding Referral Or Interconsultation, Without Additional Charge.The Amounts Correspond To Reference Maximums Of The Contract And Do Not Have A Predetermined Monthly Distribution. The Offeror Will Propose In Annex No. 5 The Number Of Services That Will Be Performed On Each Of The Three Mandatory Saturday Days, The Additional Services That It Proposes To Perform On Weekdays And Those That Will Be Performed In Authorized Establishments In Punta Arenas. The Sum Of The Modalities Must Coincide With The Total Offered Per Benefit. The Final Programming Must Be Approved By The Technical Unit And The Executing Unit.
