First: That The Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute Is Part Of The Network Of Public Health Establishments And That, Since 2010, It Has Held The Status Of A Self-Managed Network Establishment, Which Implies Greater Technical And Management Complexity In The Procedures That Are Developed In This Institution And Has Also Been Established As A Public Institution Of National Reference And Of Excellence In The Treatment Of Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies;Second: That The Neurosurgery Institute Requires To Acquire “Acquisition Of Supplies For Advanced Airway Management”, For Different Clinical Services According To Pac 2026, Permanently And For A Period Of 24 Twenty-Four Months, In Order To Provide Timely And Adequate Compliance With The Care Needs Of Its Beneficiary Patients.Third: That The Required Good Or Service Is Not Available In The Circular Economy Electronic Catalog, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Decree No. 662, Which Approves The Regulation Of The Law On Circular Economy In The Acquisition Of Goods And Services Of State Agencies.Fourth: That There Are No Framework Agreements Signed By The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate That Are Applicable To The Purpose Of This Tender;Fifth: That According To The Budget Estimates, The Bidding Process Regulated By These Bases Will Not Exceed 1000 Utm Thousand Monthly Tax Units, Taxes Included;
