Innlandet County Council Has Not Previously Had Agreements In This Area. The Services Must Help To Prevent, Handle And Restore Challenging Situations In A Professional, Efficient And Trust-Inspiring Way. They Include The Handling Of Critical Incidents, Crisis Psychology, Psychosocial Follow-Up As Well As Counseling For Managers, Hr Functions And Employees. The Procurement Will Ensure Access To Suppliers With High Professional Competence, Relevant Experience And A Good Understanding Of The Public Sector And Complex Organisations. The Assistance Will Support The Employers Responsibility For Management, The Working Environment And Follow-Up Of Employees, And Contribute To Good Processes That Promote Cooperation, Mastery, Learning And A Fully Responsible Working Environment.
