Rfsq - Onboarding For Building Infrastructure Supply Arrangement (Bisa) . This Request For Supplier Qualifications (“Rfsq”) Is An Invitation By The Province Of Nova Scotia (The “Province”) On Behalf Of The Department Of Public Works To Prospective Respondents To Qualify In Accordance With Evaluation Of Responses (Part 2) For Eligibility To Potentially Provide Services Under The Building Infrastructure Supply Arrangement The Purpose Of This Rfsq Is To Establish A Supply Arrangement To Support The Provision Of Architectural & Engineering Advisory, Project Oversight Services, And Specialized & Technical Advisory Services In Relation To Building Infrastructure Projects Across Nova Scotia. While Dpw Is The Administering Authority For This Supply Arrangement, It May Also Be Accessed, Where Authorized, By Other Provincial Departments, Agencies, Boards, Commissions, Crown Corporations, And Other Public Bodies (Collectively, “Authorized Users”) For The Purpose Of Issuing Project Specific Call-Ups, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Rfsq.
